Duemelands has been in the real estate
industry for over 100 years, dating back to 1905.
George A. Duemeland originally started the Duemelands legacy. He was a part of Patterson
Land Company, a group that purchased more than 1 million acres of land between Bismarck and
Jamestown, North Dakota. Since that time, Duemelands has evolved into a full service real
estate firm, providing services such as brokerage,
investments,
development,
construction, and
property management.
