Since joining the firm in 2004, she has completed 488 transactions totaling over $577 million, earning a reputation for strategic insight, creative deal-making, and deep market expertise.
Jill leads North Dakota’s top apartment sales team—Duemelands Commercial has sold more multifamily units and achieved the highest dollar volume in apartment transactions statewide. Her expertise spans multifamily, retail, industrial, medical, and investment properties, serving a diverse client base of developers, institutional investors, and national brands.
Before joining Duemelands, Jill worked at Frauenshuh Companies in Minneapolis. She now represents clients across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota with a client-first approach and resourceful problem-solving.
